Russia's ambassador to Berlin, Sergey Nechaev, confirmed that his country will respond to stopping broadcasting of RT channel in Germany.
"The Russian side will inevitably respond to stopping the broadcast of the Russian channel in Germany, and the response may have consequences for German journalists in Russia," Nechaev said in an interview with the German dpa agency, pointing out that there are different options and there are many German journalists working in Russia.
At the same time, the Russian ambassador pointed out that foreign journalists enjoy comfortable working conditions in Russia.
