A representative of the insurance company came to the place and tried to reassure the angry customers: "Lloyds is a serious company, we will go towards the customers" • Many customers took their money and valuables out of the unsecured safes: "Only broke the big safes"

The Tel Aviv police are continuing to investigate the large safe robbery that took place on Thursday evening at the Ruthenium safe complex in Tel Aviv, but so far they have not been able to track down the two robbers who disappeared with the contents of about 30 safes.

One of the takers who left the scene after discovering that his safe had been robbed said: "I believed in them and they stole my whole life."

Another customer who had Rolex watches stolen said: "Only in Israel can this happen, what is a grocery store?".

The customers in the compound, most of them French-Israelis, came to the safe in the morning to check if their safe had been broken into, with a severe feeling of anger and disappointment.

Some went inside and even if their safe was not broken into they were seen leaving with the contents of the safe, cash, Rolex watches or jewelry.

Some of the customers who came said that although their safe had not been broken into, they came to see with their own eyes that everything was fine with their safe.

A customer who left the place and found out that his safe had not been broken into said: 'The robbers only stole the big safes, I put them in the safe because the banks stopped providing safe service, and after they broke into my house while they slept and stole things from us - I decided to put the valuables in the safe.

Now I will not take things out of the safe, because I'm sure now it will be the safest place.

It's just Grandpa's stuff, but these are very expensive things like Rolex watches that are worth a lot of money.

They also have sentimental value. "

A new immigrant from France who discovered that they had stolen the watches that the clerk in the safe said angrily: "Only in Israel can there be such a thing - enter here as if it were a grocery store. Enter here."

Zeev Yaffe, a representative of the insurance company Levida that insures the compound, came to the scene and tried to reassure the angry customers.

According to him, only a very small part of the safes in the compound were broken into.

'Everyone is under pressure here, and I'm here on a calming standard.

"Now everyone goes in and sees if their safe has been broken into, it's a small percentage of safes that have been broken into," Yaffa said.

According to him, the process in front of customers whose money has been hacked will be efficient and fast.

"If the safe is broken open the safe and see what he had and what he was missing. The customer will give a statement and go home. Lloyds is a serious company, and we will go towards the customers. Of course, we do not want to be stolen, but whoever we believe will get everything."

On the circumstances of the break-in, Yaffa said: "If a safe room is forcibly robbed by people who came with guns - there is nothing to do, for that there is insurance. At night no one can enter here, there are many security barriers to pass, but during the day when coming with guns - there's nothing to do".
