Wackersberg: Looked too deep into the glass

At around 4 p.m., the Bad Tölz police station was informed that the driver of a Subaru Forester at the parking lot near Rimslrain on the TÖL 7 district road should no longer be fine. On site, the Subaru driver could smell alcohol. An alcohol test revealed just under 1.3 per mil. The driver's license was secured and the continued journey was prevented. The Wackersberger expects a procedure for drunkenness in traffic with a long time without a driving license.
