The police prosecution filed today (Sunday) an indictment against a Bat Yam resident for 12 cases of assaulting his partner and causing bodily harm, eight of which happened during the past year.
He attacked her by spitting, slapping, pulling at her hair, kicking and throwing objects at her.
In some cases the defendant did so in front of their youngest son, now eight years old and once in the eighth month of her pregnancy with their youngest son, now four years old.
About a week ago, Ayalon police were called to the couple's home and the staff who arrived met the woman while she was bleeding in her face.
The defendant allegedly broke a glass glass on her face during an argument between them.
