A few hours before the turn of the year, a naked man in the Starnberg district blocked a S-Bahn.

The police are investigating - but not against the hulled man.

- Even by the standards of the federal police it was a strange mission: On New Year's Eve at around 7.40 p.m., officials had to fetch an unclothed 44-year-old in Stockdorf from the track because he was blocking an S-Bahn.

A 19-year-old is also being investigated for whom it took too long and who is said to have hit the man.

As the federal police announced on Sunday, around 7.40 p.m. on New Year's Eve, the Deutsche Bahn emergency control center reported that an undressed man at the Stockdorf train station was preventing the S-Bahn in the direction of Starnberg from continuing.

The hullless was therefore on the tracks in front of the S-Bahn.

The 44-year-old Nigerian citizen prevented the S-Bahn from leaving the station.

A group of young people left the S-Bahn because of the long waiting time and went to the "track blocker".

There a 19-year-old German from the group of five began to insult the man who lives in Krailling.

He is then said to have climbed onto the platform with the 44-year-old and physically attacked him.

Several companions finally withdrew the 19-year-old and the group fled.

According to witness statements, the undressed man then ran in the track area in the direction of Starnberg and was picked up by police officers around 15 meters behind the Stockdorf train station. The 44-year-old was unresponsive, trembled all over his body and exhibited foam formation on his mouth. Rescue workers took the man to hospital for treatment. The federal police did not have any information on Sunday about the details of his condition and what triggered the behavior.

Police officers were able to pick up the five young people who had attacked the man a little later in Stockdorf.

The federal police are now investigating a 19-year-old from Taufkirchen on suspicion of bodily harm, the report said.

Railway operations were impaired by a lengthy closure of the Stockdorf station;

there were delays in the S-Bahn traffic.
