While the National Assembly is preparing to vote the establishment of a "
vaccine pass
" conditioning access to many public places to people with a "
complete vaccination schedule
", the Minister detailed what would be the rules defining this vaccination schedule.
These are therefore the following:
Since December 15, people over 65 must have received a third dose within seven months of their second injection.
From January 15, all people over 18 must also receive their third dose within seven months of their second injection.
But, announces the minister, from February 15,
all French adults will have to do this booster dose within four months after their second dose
, and no longer seven.
The Minister further recalls that for people who have been infected with Covid-19, the deadline runs from the date of infection.
Thus, a person infected with Covid-19 who has not yet received their booster dose must therefore receive it within seven months of their infection (from January 15), then this period will be reduced to four months (from February 15).
