A 14-year-old boy from Meiji forced a 13-year-old girl from the same school to perform oral and sexual intercourse for him, but the boy was acquitted after interrogation.

His father filed a file with the High Court last Friday (31st), accusing a post on the Facebook group "Hong Kong Moms" for defamation, and sued the poster for demanding compensation and prohibiting the other party from reposting the relevant post.

The plaintiff is the father of a boy named Meiji, and the defendant is NGUYEN PHUOC TIEU PHUNG (also known as DONNA NGUYENPHUOC).

The complaint alleges that a post by the defendant on the Facebook group "Hong Kong Moms" on November 3 this year involved defamation, including a picture showing the log of the 7th Court of the Eastern Magistracy the day before.

The plaintiff therefore applied for an injunction, prohibiting the defendant from publishing relevant posts, and also demanded compensation.
