The young mechanical engineer, Dia Al-Abdullah, developed his invention designing a wind turbine in order to produce energy into a project for a small company to manufacture wind turbines with the aim of producing renewable and alternative electric energy, especially in light of the lack of resources and the difficulty of securing it.
Engineer Diaa, 32, from Salim town in As-Suwayda was able, through his project, to provide a number of job opportunities, stressing the importance of his project to confront the lack of energy resources and the effects of the war, which resulted in long hours of electrical rationing and large material costs in winter for heating, in addition to supporting the issue of searching for clean and free energy sources, especially in the field of Agricultural projects, cow farms, wells, poultry houses, and economic activities such as malls, restaurants, and others.
Engineer Zia relies in his work on the availability of wind greatly in the winter season in several areas of the governorate, with the use of solar energy as a hybrid system in the event of wind calm to be an alternative to it in generating energy where the electric current is continuous without interruption, in addition to his design of special circuits to improve the quality of use and reliability work of the system.
Al-Abdullah stresses the importance of disseminating alternative energies projects based on their importance and economic feasibility and their role in continuing production and benefiting from all national experiences in this context.
The company, which was launched a year and a half ago, as mentioned by Eng. Al-Abdullah, came after a course in the field of entrepreneurship that he underwent within the Youth Empowerment Center. I taught him how to establish a project in a scientifically correct manner and the successful management of it, and based on it he obtained funding from the United Nations Development Program with an amount exceeding 6 million Syrian pounds. Help him launch and support his innovation.
According to the young man, Rabie Abu Munther, 32, an assistant electrical engineer, he became a business partner, especially in terms of electrical installations and the necessary control of the renewable energy system, its proper use, and the rehabilitation of the electrical structure of the facility to be fed.
Abu Munther explained that the company's work is not limited to installing alternative energy systems, but rather contributes to rehabilitating and training a number of young people working in them in order to achieve integration in work and ensure its continuity.
It is noteworthy that the engineer, Diaa Al-Abdullah, invented in 2019 a wind turbine with a height of more than three meters to produce energy and invest it directly in heating.
