Britain announced today that it had recorded 157,758 new cases of the emerging coronavirus during the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of infections to 13,422,815.
According to the “World Meter” website, the total deaths from the disease caused by the virus reached 148,893, after 42 new deaths were recorded.
It is noteworthy that Britain ranks fourth in the list of countries affected by the virus, after the United States, India and Brazil.
