A 17-year-old boy raped each other without using a condom when he was alone with his 15-year-old sister in the residence.

The 19-year-old defendant pleaded guilty to one count of rape and two counts of incest.

The case stated that on a certain day in June 2019, only the defendant and X were in the residence.

While X was lying on the bed and playing on the phone, the defendant climbed onto the bed and then took off X's shorts and underwear.

X asked the defendant what to do, but the other party did not respond, and inserted the penis into X's lower body without using a condom.

X tried to push the defendant away and said that he felt pain. The defendant responded that after a while, X would not feel pain.

No condom was used in both incests

As for the crime of incest, which occurred in July 2019, the defendant had sex with X twice without using a condom.

In January 2020, X informed her mother that she had no menstruation.

The mother took X to the clinic for examination and then went to Tuen Mun Hospital for further examination. An ultrasound examination in mid-January showed that X was 22 weeks pregnant at the time.

X had an abortion in the same month, and the DNA comparison confirmed that the defendant was the father of the fetus.

The incident was reported to the police. After being arrested, the defendant remained silent under caution, and only revealed his age and grade in the video interview.
