It is now at 213.8.

On Monday, the Erding health department reported 91 new cases in 20 of the total of 26 cities and municipalities in the district.

For comparison: on Monday last week there were only 21 reported cases.

Those affected are between 2 and 78 years old and come from Erding (20), Dorfen (9), Taufkirchen (9), Moosinning (6), Lengdorf (5), Oberding (5), Pastetten (4), St. Wolfgang (4), Steinkirchen (4), Bockhorn (3), Finsing (3), Hohenpolding (3), Wartenberg (3), Wörth (3), Forstern (2), Kirchberg (2), Langenpreising (2), Walpertskirchen (2), Buch am Buchrain and Eitting.

According to official information from the RKI, the 7-day incidence in the district per 100,000 inhabitants is now 213.8, on Sunday it was 198.0.

The number of people recovered is 14,439. This means that 567 district citizens are currently infected and 844 are in quarantine.

Seven Covid patients are currently being treated at the Erding Clinic, five of them in the isolation ward and two in the intensive care unit (age range 50 to 56 years).

Nobody has to be ventilated.

The District Office points out once again that the two screening stations / test centers that the Malteser operates on behalf of the district in Erding am Stadion and in Dorfen am Ruprechtsberg only offer tests for citizens who are entitled to a free test.

The Maltese are not allowed to offer chargeable tests there, says district spokeswoman Daniela Fritzen.
