In a document entitled "Preventing Nuclear War and the Armed Forces Race", the five powers promised to put the issue at the top of their priorities and stressed: "We consider avoiding a war between countries with nuclear weapons and reducing strategic risks as our primary responsibility".
"We reaffirm that nuclear war cannot be won and must never be fought. Because the use of nuclear weapons has far-reaching consequences, we also affirm that nuclear weapons - as long as they continue to exist - should serve defensive purposes, deter aggression and prevent war," the P5 countries added. Which include the United States, China, Russia, the United Kingdom and France.
Moreover, the statement has a seemingly deliberate message against the Islamic Republic of Iran, an attempt between the lines to cool its pressure and put pressure on it, while the parties are currently talking in Austria.

Meanwhile, Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi threatened the US in a speech he delivered this morning (Monday) and said that "former US President (Donald Trump) should stand trial and face a response (on the assassination of Suleimani). US statesmen should know that if there is no fair trial "For Trump, Pompeo and other criminals, the Islamic nation will take revenge."
