Mess in the education system:
Many parents got up this morning (Monday) for a very confused day in the education system.
During the night, the temporary regulations approved by the Knesset's Education Committee expired, according to which it will be possible to conduct studies in post-primary education, grades six to twelve, in red and orange localities with more than 70% vaccinated.
Also, this morning the green class outline expired.
The outline allows students who have been exposed to verified in their class to continue to come to school daily after performing a PCR test in the community, receiving a negative result and performing home antigen tests within seven days from exposure to verified without having to stay in isolation in their homes, provided test results are negative.
After school hours they will be required to stay in solitary confinement in their home with their family members.
At the end of seven days, students are required to perform another PCR test in the community.

It should be noted that when it comes to the distribution of morbidity by city, in primary schools that have morbidity, and not necessarily morbidity in a locality or city, will move to distance learning.
The relevant guidelines for middle schools and high schools will expire - and move to a format where when there is a sick student in the class - those who are vaccinated will be able to return to school after a negative test is presented - and those who are not vaccinated will move from home.
It is clear to everyone that the State of Israel is in the fifth wave and on its way to a peak in morbidity.
This means hundreds of thousands of students, educators and staff will within a few weeks go into isolation.
What implications will this have for the education system itself?
About the existence of the studies?
The Ministry of Education still does not know how to say and there is great uncertainty.
So what's going on now?
This means that in classes where there is morbidity they move to learning from home - even in green and yellow authorities and there are no more daily tests that allow children who go out negatively to continue to go to schools, while in high schools and divisions and red and orange authorities, Return to school after a negative test and those who are not vaccinated will be left to study from home.
Meanwhile, more than 80,000 students and education staff are in isolation as of this morning.
There are nearly 13,000 verified corona and dozens of schools and kindergartens are closed.
