Almost a year after the Capitol uprising, a poll by The Washington Post and the University of Maryland reveals that 34% of those interviewed believe that violent action against the government is sometimes justified.
The poll, conducted Dec. 17-19, shows that 40% of Republicans and 41% of independents said the violence is justified, compared to 23% of Democrats.
