The Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population recorded 20 deaths and 723 new infections with the Corona virus during the past 24 hours.
The official spokesman for the ministry, Dr. Hossam Abdel Ghaffar, said in a statement that the total number of coronavirus infections in the country has so far reached 387,882, and the total deaths have reached 21,817.
Abdul Ghaffar pointed out that 612 people recovered from the virus have been discharged from hospitals, bringing the total of those recovered to 32,2180 people to date.
Yesterday, the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population recorded 29 deaths and 801 infections with the Corona virus.
