Deputy Foreign Minister Idan Roll was diagnosed today (Tuesday) with blue corona virus.
The test, conducted yesterday, was done after his documentation was celebrated without a mask at a New Year's Eve party.
On behalf of Roll it was reported that he went into solitary confinement in accordance with the guidelines.
According to the announcement he made, he was examined after his partner Harel Skaat was exposed to a verified patient who was part of the production team at his show.
"The deputy minister works in capsule format in accordance with Foreign Ministry guidelines. All employees who came in contact with him will undergo a corona examination today. Deputy minister Roll was not at the Yesh Atid faction meeting last night and did not come into contact with MKs this week," it said.
