Kfar Saba leads in most quality of life indices compared to the 16 largest cities in Israel with more than 100,000 inhabitants

, according to data today (Tuesday) from the central projection for statistics that measured the quality of life in the major cities in 2020.

The 16 cities in the index are Kfar Saba, Rehovot, Ramat Gan, Rishon Lezion, Beer Sheva, Tel Aviv-Yafo, Holon, Netanya, Petah Tikva, Haifa, Beit Shemesh, Ashkelon, Ashdod, Bnei Brak, Bat Yam and Jerusalem.

The condition of Kfar Saba was particularly good, compared to the national average: life expectancy is 84.9 years compared to 82.9, housing density is 0.7 compared to 0.86 number of persons per room, satisfaction with the living area stands at 95.5% compared to 85.7%, satisfaction with cleanliness in the living area stands At 88.5% vs. 63.5%, satisfaction with parks and green spaces in the residential area stands at 83.9% vs. 63.1% and general trust in others stands at 55.3% vs. 38.4%.

In which cities is the quality of life index low?

Jerusalem is in the group of cities with a low overall score in the quality of life indices, with out of 51 indices available for Jerusalem in 18 indices its condition is better than the national average and in 22 indices its condition is less good than average.
