Two men were arrested on suspicion of blocking a road outside Sai Wanhe MTR station in a "three strikes" operation in November 2019. One of them was convicted after trial. The defendant Liu Zhijian (25 years old, waiter) was found to be convicted of illegal assembly and using masked objects when he was in an illegal assembly. He was accused of being at MTR Sai Wan Ho Station on November 13, 2019. Participated in an illegal assembly outside Exit B. At that time, there was a dark shirt wrapped in a gas mask.
According to the case, about 50 demonstrators at the scene confronted the police at Exit B of Sai Wan Ho Station. The road was covered with bricks and some people clamored. The defendant was wearing a gas mask, labor gloves and hands. Cuffs, covered his face with clothes, and stood on the tram track in the center of the road, holding bricks before being arrested.
