There was a deflagration in a warehouse in the Upper Palatinate, which triggered a major fire.
The fire brigade was on duty for over ten hours.
The damage is millions.
Schwarzenbach - Damage estimated at around two million euros occurred in a major fire in a warehouse complex in Upper Palatinate.
As a police spokesman announced on Tuesday, according to initial findings, the fire broke out on Monday (January 3) during dismantling work on a paint mixing machine.
During flex work on the machine, sparks flew that would have led to a deflagration.

Two people were slightly injured.
One woman suffered mild smoke inhalation.
350 emergency services were involved in the major fire in Schwarzenbach.

A truck driver heard the windows break during the deflagration, was frightened and jumped out of the driver's cab.
He suffered abrasions in the process.
Several companies had housed equipment in the warehouses.
The building was burned to the ground, the spokesman said.
The authorities estimated the damage at around two million euros.
