Palestinian prisoner Hisham Abu Hawash suspended his 141-day hunger strike after the Israeli occupation authorities acquiesced to his demands and released him due to his insistence and determination to fight the occupation and the battle of wills and empty intestines.
The Palestinian Prisoners Club announced in a statement today that an agreement has been reached requiring the occupation authorities to commit to releasing the prisoner Abu Hawash on the 26th of next February without any extension, according to Wafa Agency.
It is noteworthy that the prisoner Abu Hawash, 40, from the town of Dura, west of Hebron, went on hunger strike on August 17 last year, after the occupation forces arrested him on October 26, 2020. He is married, father of five children, and a former prisoner who spent 8 years in occupation detention.
