This Tuesday morning, on France 2, Anne Hidalgo again extended her hand to the environmental candidate to invite him to participate in a primary on the left, which he refuses outright like the Insoumis Jean-Luc Mélenchon and the communist Fabien Roussel. Less than a hundred days before the first round of the presidential election, the Socialist candidate has therefore put the pressure on the environmentalist one last time, believing that there remains "roughly a week" to decide on the organization of a consultation which "Only makes sense if Yannick Jadot comes there".
This hypothesis being highly improbable, Hidalgo would therefore be preparing to announce very soon her renunciation of the primary that she had called for on December 8 at 8 p.m. on TF1.

She regrets it, but a primary without the environmentalists is a truncated primary compared to the objective of separating those who aspire to govern together.
