The Russian state company Rostec announced that the preliminary results of developing a single anti-influenza and coronavirus vaccine will be presented this year.
And Sputnik news agency quoted the company's CEO, Sergey Chemezov, as saying: "We are currently working... and we need to conduct experiments to make it safe and effective."
And the Russian National Research Center for Epidemiology and Microbiology (Gamali) had announced earlier that the double vaccine against the Corona virus and influenza may appear by the end of this year.
Meanwhile, the director of the center, Alexander Ginzburg, revealed plans to develop the dual vaccine against the Corona virus and influenza, noting at the same time that it is now being adapted to different types of influenza virus and the emerging corona virus.
