The Jerusalem District Attorney's Office today (Tuesday) filed indictments in the city district court against 21-year-old Adnan Eid and another minor, residents of Jerusalem, who participated in the riot in East Jerusalem about a month and a half ago.
According to the indictments, filed through attorney Tamar Eibelman, the defendants and other rioters threw stones at a vehicle in which a Jewish-looking family was traveling, one of the stones hit the window of the vehicle, shattered the glass and hit the back of the head of the family.

The adult defendant who took part in the riot, picked up a stone from the road and threw it at the family vehicle, the stone hit a nearby wall and rolled into the road.
The minor defendant kicked and opened the door where the 10-year-old family member was sitting who managed to close it quickly.
As a result of the acts of the accused and the rioters, the father of the family was wounded in the back of the neck by the stone that hit him and was taken to a hospital.
Damage was also caused to two vehicles, including breaking the family car window and many tin damage.
The indictments attribute to the defendants committing offenses of rioting, endangering human life in a joint transport lane, throwing a stone at a vehicle and an act of terrorism of aggravated intentional sabotage in the joint - each according to his share.
The prosecution asked the court to order the detention of the defendants until the end of the legal proceedings against them.
