The Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court extended his suspect's detention for six days in his 30s • According to the suspicion, he used to commit the offenses from the age of 10 and for several years • His parents, who apparently knew about his actions, were released under house arrest

Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court Judge Christina Hilu Assad today (Tuesday) extended for six days the detention of a Holon resident in his 30s, who was arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting his sister about twenty years ago.

The suspect claimed in his interrogation that the acts were done on the nurse’s initiative for about half a year and did not include acts of rape.

The judge, who ruled that there was a reasonable suspicion that the suspect had committed what was attributed to him, added that there could be ramifications from this investigation.

Meanwhile, the suspect's parents who knew about the acts were released under house arrest.

The complaint was filed with the police a few weeks ago and it relates to ongoing offenses that occurred about 20 years ago.

The offenses occurred while the victim, who as stated was a member of the family, and even the suspect son were minors.

According to the suspicion, the son used to commit sexual offenses with his sister around the age of 10 and for several years.

As stated, the suspicion is that the parents knew about what was going on between their children, did not prevent the offenses and even attacked the victim with physical violence.
