And data from the American Johns Hopkins University indicated that about one million and 84 thousand cases of Corona virus were monitored in the country during the past 24 hours, in the highest number of daily infections since the beginning of the pandemic.
Thus, the previous record of 590,000 injuries, which was set on the 31st of last December, due to the spread of the Omicron mutant throughout the United States, was broken.
According to American media, the published data does not reflect the true situation of the spread of the virus, as many Americans are conducting corona tests at home and do not report the results to statistical agencies.
Since the outbreak of the epidemic, more than 56 million cases of the virus have been recorded in the United States, while more than 820,000 people have died from it, making it the country most affected by it.
