They are already spectacularly blocking the horizon of eastern Paris.

The Duo towers, designed by architect Jean Nouvel, will be inaugurated in a few months.

Mid-2022, the first employees, out of the 7,000 announced, will occupy the offices, housing, luxury hotel, bar and restaurant of this spectacular complex.

This project is one of the most emblematic which will be completed in 2022 in Île-de-France.

But he is not the only one.

The region is changing and many developments are emerging.

The greatest architects on the move

In Issy-les-Moulineaux (Hauts-de-Seine) for example, a new district will offer an open and entirely pedestrianized space.

It will have 17,000 m² of shops (clothing, restaurants, food) and a UGC cinema with seven rooms, delivered between late August and early September.

The 600 homes (25% of which are social) will be ready between June and October, to accommodate 1,500 additional inhabitants.

In Évry-Courcouronnes (Essonne), the rehabilitation of the Agora Arena will finally be completed.

The architectural firm in charge of the renovation, which in the past ensured the rehabilitation of the Pleyel room (Paris 8th arrondissement), the Bercy sports center (Accor Arena, Paris 12th arrondissement) or the Institut du monde arabe (Paris 13th century), has retained the emblematic silhouette of this hall, which will increase from a capacity of 2,200 seats to just over 3,000.

Three spectacular examples, but which are far from being the only ones in the capital region and in the Oise.
