The Russian delegate to international organizations in Vienna, Mikhail Ulyanov, considered that the US embargo imposed on Iran constitutes an obstacle in the course of the nuclear talks between Tehran and the 4+1 group.
"I am surprised by the doubts of the Western parties about Iran's resolve in these negotiations," IRNA news agency quoted Ulyanov as saying in a press statement today, stressing the need to focus on the issue of canceling the US embargo during the Vienna negotiations.
The Austrian capital, Vienna, is witnessing extensive preparations to complete the eighth round of nuclear talks between Iran and the 4+1 group, with the aim of reviving the nuclear agreement that the United States unilaterally exited in 2018.
