The lynching in Bat Yam:

Tel Aviv District Court Judge Bnei Sagi today (Wednesday) sentenced Lahav Naguker, 21, to 12 months in prison for incitement to violence, incitement to racism, disorderly conduct and intentional sabotage of a racist vehicle, after being involved in Operation Wall Guard by lynching the Arab driver in Bat Yam.

Also, the counts of incitement to terrorism and racially motivated theft were deleted from the indictment by the prosecution.

Last May, during Operation Wall Guard, an organization published on social media began harming Arab citizens and businesses owned by Arab citizens on the promenade in Bat Yam.

Following this, the defendant gathered with other suspects on the promenade in the city in front of an Arab-owned restaurant and caused damage to the place to the sound of "death to the Arabs".

While the crowd beat Said Musa, who accidentally stumbled into the scene with his vehicle, Nagauker threw a brick at the windshield of the vehicle and finally, when Musa was sprawled on the road, the defendant spat on him.

He was then interviewed on television and said: "We went out on the street today to quarrel with Arabs, so that we can show them that they can not send missiles here, we are no longer children we will fuck them, we will beat them, if necessary we will kill them and if necessary kill them ".

He later stated that he was also willing to be arrested for it.

As stated, the prosecution reached a plea agreement with Nagauker and dropped a number of indictments from the indictment.

Today, Judge Sagi sentenced him to 12 months in prison and to compensate the restaurant owner on the damaged promenade with NIS 2,000.
