Thirteen people were killed in Philadelphia Wednesday morning in a fire that broke out in a three-story house converted into apartments, according to a law enforcement official.
Investigators have not yet entered the home, although the fire is under control, the officer said.
Investigators are still trying to determine the origin and cause of the fire.

The call came in around 6:40 in the morning.
Philadelphia police described the address as a house converted into two apartments.
Both police and firefighters are on the scene, and the scene remains active despite the fire being under control, the fire department said.
