In a small shop in the city of Drikish in the Tartous countryside, Ghanem Ibrahim continues to implement his projects and dreams after completing eight years of his service in the Syrian Arab Army, to begin a new journey towards the dream that he knows very well how to turn it into reality, as he says.

Ibrahim launched his project in the dairy and cheese industry in 2018, after the decision to demobilize him from the Syrian Arab Army, and about this, he speaks in tongues: “After receiving compensation for scientific service, I decided to work on the project of raising cows and fattening calves, so I built a barn and obtained a loan from the Agricultural Bank to buy a number of cows and calves And I started working.”

Ibrahim's project did not stop there, so he worked on expanding it by renting a shop in the city of Drikish to make and sell dairy products and cheese. With the growth of his business well, he sold cows and after a while he started buying larger quantities of milk from the neighboring villages and invested the price in expanding his shop.

Ibrahim finishes selling a customer and returns to passionately follow his speech: “My ambition will not stop there.. I will work to obtain a loan to establish a small dairy and cheese factory, and a loan from the Agricultural Bank again to buy calves and fatten them, especially after I got a job opportunity in the laid-off competition.” He adds with a smile His phrases precede… “I want to finish building my house in the village in order to get married and start a small family.”

Ibrahim's happiness in achieving his ambitions appears in his talk about them and his description of the stages of their achievement, pointing to the importance of the project in securing an income to support his family and ensure his father's comfort after a health condition.

In the midst of work and ambitions, Ibrahim does not forget the years he spent in the army, where his service in the Daraa governorate was in a fixed service, because he had a problem with his eyesight, but he did not fail for a moment in his duty, as he says, “I insisted on fighting with them. About performing my duty and supporting my comrades according to my ability and ability.

He recalls his comrades from different provinces who were united by the values of sincerity and brotherhood, especially in difficult times of siege and danger in which the minerals of authentic, good-natured men appeared.

Ibrahim believes that it is natural for a fighter to experience strange and mixed feelings of sadness and joy at the moment the decision to demobilize him is issued, as he bids farewell to an important part of his life and comrades with whom he lived for long days and land he composed for years, considering it a stage of rest for a fighter to launch a new battle in life, which is building self and the future.
