The plaintiff is Haifu International Finance Limited, and the defendants are Shinichi Co., Ltd., Ye Junheng and Zhong Peiyun.

According to the filing, Ye Hezhong is a shareholder and director of Shinichi Co., Ltd.

On December 31, 2015, the plaintiff and Jinyi signed a loan agreement. The plaintiff borrowed 280 million yuan from Jinyi, and Ye Hezhong acted as the guarantor of the loan.

However, Ye Junheng only repaid 10 million yuan, so the plaintiff filed a claim for the remaining 270 million yuan and related interest from the three defendants.
