Covid-19: where can we travel? Our map of open countries and restrictions for French tourists

Traveling despite Covid-19, instructions for use. The fifth wave and the Omicron variant cause a further general tightening of travel conditions. Certain destinations such as the United States, Brazil or Kenya are accessible under certain conditions, but others, such as Morocco, Australia or Japan, remain totally closed to French tourists. Thailand, one of the few accessible Asian destinations, has reinstated the quarantine until at least January 4, 2022.

Since December 1, travelers, even vaccinated, from a country outside the European Union must present a negative PCR or antigen test of less than 48 hours.

Coming from a member country of the European Union, only unvaccinated persons are subjected to such a test.

It must be dated less than 24 hours before departure.
