Holocor tiles technology.. Implementation of the cellars of the alternative housing towers in Basilia City

With the pre-stressed Holocor slab technology, the works of implementing the ceiling of the tower vaults (BB127) are continuing in the alternative housing project in the second regulatory area south of the southern ring “Basilia City”, in which the construction of towers and digging of partitions through public sector construction companies is accelerating according to the plan set by those in charge of it .

The Holocor slab technology used is a prefabricated concrete roof under high pressure, manufactured in the form of strips with a width of 120 cm, a length between 3 and 4 meters, and a thickness of 25 cm. Time, effort and money.

The Governor of Damascus, Engineer Adel Al-Olabi, stated in a statement to SANA that the percentage of completion is good and is going according to what is specified for it and within the engineering standards regulating the work, pointing out that the governorate provides all the services required for the project, as it delivered 46 free-of-occupancy dividers for the construction of towers for the beneficiaries of alternative housing.

On a tour with the Ministers of Local Administration and Environment, Eng. Hussein Makhlouf, and Public Works and Housing, Eng. Suhail Abdel Latif, to see the reality of the work in the project, the difficulties it encounters, and the percentage of achievement achieved, the governor stressed the need to expedite implementation work and adhere to the specified time schedule.

In turn, the Director General of the General Company for Roads and Bridges, Eng. Mohamed Assi, drew attention to the use of modern techniques in the study and implementation of the construction of towers and the use of Holocor tiles technology to speed up implementation and its high resistance, indicating that the tower (BP 127) consists of 16 residential floors with an area of ​​625 square meters per floor and five basements, while the total The total area of ​​the divider is 1517 square meters.

The construction of the towers for the beneficiaries of the alternative housing project in the second regulatory area south of the southern ring road “Basilia City” is carried out in cooperation between the governorate of Damascus and public sector companies, namely the Public Housing Corporation, the General Company for Roads and Bridges, the General Company for Building and Reconstruction, the General Corporation for the Execution of Military Construction and the Military Housing Corporation.
