Today, the health authorities in Hungary announced the registration of 5,270 new infections and 82 deaths from the Corona virus during the past 24 hours.
The authorities indicated that 3,090 injured are in hospitals for treatment, while the number of critical cases in intensive care increased to 307.
She explained that the total number of injuries reached 1,269,979, while the total number of deaths reached 39,599.
As a result of this rise in the number of infections, the Hungarian government warned of the repercussions of the spread of the fourth wave of the Corona virus, calling for a commitment to receive vaccinations in light of the presence of the Omicron mutant, which has become responsible for the majority of infections with the disease.
