The Monday walks, which attract more people week after week, are difficult to digest food. The idea of fundamental rights is already being overstretched.
An intervention does not take place.

The police refer to the freedom of assembly and for this reason do not intervene if possible.
If the “walkers” are already insisting on the constitution, why don't they just register a rally and name a meeting leader?
The Basic Law also makes the citizen responsible.
This also includes letting journalists do their work unmolested at the demos and not hindering them, as happened on Monday.
Freedom of the press is also one of the much invoked fundamental rights.

The obligation to vaccinate will not prove to be an interference with personal protection rights vis-à-vis the state.
No politician wants coercion.

Monday strollers: Right-wing groups are also behind the demos
Many marchers declare that there is nothing wrong with going for a walk and that you can express your opinion.
Yes, you can, but you should know who is (also) behind the phenomenon of the Monday demonstrations: including members of clearly right-wing radical groups such as the Third Way, supported by neo-Nazis.
Do you really want to make common cause with them?
The counter-demonstrators, however, are wrong with their accusation that the state is being brought before them.
The opposite is true: he shows sovereignty and strength when his police do not use the ultima ratio and dissolve the meetings under duress.
That would inevitably lead to violence in the heated debate.
Counter-demonstrations: Provide a stage that was not hoped for by Monday strollers
The counter-demonstrators should also ask themselves whether they are not falling into the trap with their performances by offering the strollers the stage they had hoped for.
They actually aim to generate attention and defensiveness.
They then delight in it - completely blinded by the fact that the state, with its pandemic policy, is trying everything to protect citizens from the virus.
