Alexander Ginsberg, director of the Russian Gamalia Research Center for Epidemiology, announced that the intranasal vaccine against the Corona virus will be launched during the current year.
And the Russia Today website quoted Ginsberg as saying in a statement today that the Gambia Center is also planning to conduct clinical trials of a preventive drug that protects against influenza and the Corona virus at the same time.
As for the vaccine designed to protect children from the Corona virus, Ginsburg explained that it will be available next year to all children who wish to do so, noting that “the vaccination will be completely voluntary … and this is very important.”
It is noteworthy that the Gamalia Center has designed several vaccines to prevent corona virus, namely “Sputnik in and Sputnik Lite, which is primarily intended for revaccination, as well as Sputnik M for minors.”
