Hanscom Smith, the US Consul General in Hong Kong and Macau, announced on his social page today (5th) that the son of him and her husband Lu Yingzong had been born earlier, and said that he is looking forward to bringing his son back to Hong Kong home. In 2016, Smoker and his Taiwanese boyfriend Lu Yingzong, who had been in love for 9 years, entered the church and got married. At that time, Smoker was serving as the U.S. Consul General in Shanghai. Smoker took over the post of Consul General in Hong Kong in July of the previous year. He speaks Chinese, French, Danish and Cambodian.
