A 48-year-old private tutoring teacher was charged with two counts of indecent assault on two counts of indecent assault on a 15-year-old girl in the same place on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

The case was brought to Sha Tin Court today. The prosecution revealed that the defendant had been tutoring for the victim for several years before the incident. He applied for adjournment of the case until March 2nd. The case was approved by the Chief Magistrate Zhang Zhiwei, and the defendant’s application for bail was rejected.

It is reported that there may still be other potential victims in this case.

Defendant Wu Qinglong (48 years old, private tuition teacher) was charged with two counts of indecent assault, alleging that he was in a room in Discovery Park, No. 398, Tsuen Wan Section, Castle Peak Road, Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong on December 31 and January 1, 2021 respectively. Indecent assault on another person, namely X.
