Damascus, SANA- The National Institute of Public Administration (INA) celebrated today the graduation of the class of the seventeenth teaching session

Today, the National Institute of Public Administration (INA) celebrated the graduation of the class of the seventeenth course, which numbered 42 graduates, in the presence of the Minister of Administrative Development, Dr. Salam Safaf, Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Bassam Ibrahim.

The ceremony included honoring the top three graduates, showing a short introductory film on the training and qualification at the institute and the knowledge and skills it added to the graduates, discussing the criteria and foundations for sorting graduates to public bodies, and describing their career path.

In his speech, the Dean of the Institute, Dr. Abdul Hamid Al-Khalil, called on the graduates to prove their administrative competence and competence, regardless of their administrative position, whether in senior, middle or supervisory departments.

In turn, Minister Safaf drew attention to the importance of the institute's graduates as an effective tool for implementing the national project for administrative reform in Syria, stressing the ministry's endeavor to achieve networking among the institute's graduates working in all public agencies to work with a single thought that contributes to the realization of the project.

The Minister of Higher Education stated that the institute enjoys great privacy due to its association with all administrative institutions in the state, and that the graduates acquired by their affiliation with the institute the certificate that qualifies them to work in all ministries and state bodies and experiences they will pass on to their colleagues in public administrations to work within one team to achieve the objectives of the administrative reform project.

In the graduates' speech, the first graduate, Razan Habib, noted the rich experiences and knowledge gained by the trainees during their studies at the Institute, which produces administrative leaders for all administrative levels to work on achieving the state's general policy.

The ceremony was attended by Dr. Qais Khader, Secretary-General of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, and Dr. Mahmoud Zanubua, Chairman of the Advisory Council at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.

It is noteworthy that the National Institute of Public Administration (ENA) was established by Legislative Decree No. 27 of 2002 and grants a higher degree in public administration and qualification and training certificates. Its tasks include preparation, basic qualification, continuous training, research and provision of consultancy.
