The Poetry Society of the Arab Writers Union and the International Adabna Foundation held a poetry festival in which a number of writers participated, who expressed in their poems the importance of martyrdom, Jerusalem, Damascus and confronting terrorism.
The poet Farhan al-Khatib delivered poetic texts for which he chose the simple sea music that suited the theme, emotion and rhyme during his singing in Jerusalem and Damascus, while the poem of the poet Fares Daadoush came to the long sea music expressing the necessity of resistance and steadfastness in order to achieve victory and preserve dignity, as the poet Ahlam Banawi recited a poem that came Her music is on the activations of the full sea to match the love of Jerusalem and the call to confront the enemy, considering that the most sacred thing that can be through a sincere emotion.
The texts of the editor-in-chief of the Literary Week newspaper, the poet Tawfiq Ahmed, came in the style of the activation, in addition to the two parts, expressing the splendor of Palestine and the need to defend it and its affiliation through innovative artistic images, as he said:
Palestine before your blood was smaller than a drop of light.
And when it fused with it, God gave flowers.
It was perfected and it was perfect.
In a statement, the representative of the International Union of Resistance Poets in Iran, Ahmad Tarfa, said that we will announce today and launch four books written by Arab and Iranian poets that included resistance poetry and also expressed the value of the martyrs and their role in confronting terrorism. Yaran.” These books, in Arabic and Iranian, contain many sincere emotions that glorified those who defended their dignity, preserved Arabism and Islam honestly, and smashed plots against the heads of their owners.
The Rapporteur of the Poetry Association in the Writers Union, the poet Helena Atallah, who ran the event, was acquainted with the advertised books, the names of their authors, and the participating poets, in addition to defining resistance through poetry and literature.
Then, the Vice-President of the Arab Writers Union, Tawfiq Ahmed, members of the Executive Office, the rapporteur of the Poetry Society, and the representative of the International Union of Resistance Poets, Ahmed Tarfa, honored the two poets, Farhan Al-Khatib and Faris Daadoush, for winning the Al-Quds Prize for us. Then he announced the mentioned books.
