The project, according to Wafaa, the wife of the martyr Mazen Abu Sarhan, came with the aim of achieving an additional source of income that would help her bear the burdens of life, support her three daughters, and prove herself by working as a productive woman.
Wafaa, 45, recounted, during her interview with SANA reporter, how she brings raw materials and dried dry herbs from the shops of perfumers, or plants that she grows, to squeeze and distill them using a distillation machine she designed herself in order to withdraw water extracts and oils, manufacture creams and market them through social media, acquaintances, friends, and participate in exhibitions in line with Having ambitions to expand her project.
Wafa seeks to continue developing her skills and continuous research in scientific references related to natural herbs to add to her knowledge and information gained from her work in the Directorate of Agriculture in the field of natural reserves during the last period, in addition to the course she underwent online in the field of manufacturing creams.
Hours Wafa spends working on her project within her home, without that conflicting with her current work practice in the Guidance Unit in the village of Al-Dur, as well as following up on the affairs of her daughters and taking care of their upbringing and education.
