You can chuckle as much as you like, but the next few people - who claim to have visited the future and returned to the present to warn us - have a very large audience of believers, and this is not thousands - but millions.

A number of "time travelers" share on social media what they claim the future holds for us and millions believe in every word of theirs and spread the word.

Some of the leaders in this dubious field have particularly disturbing forecasts for 2022. One time traveler claims that in the distant future the earth will be under complete darkness, pyramids will fly through the air and dinosaurs will make a fashionable comeback.

Since we still have time to worry about these things, we chose to focus on the forecasts of some of them for 2022.

It is (very) likely that their predictions are fabricated, also because those related to 2021 have not really come true, but it is entirely up to you whether to believe them or not.

Discovery of the deadly Atlantis variant of Corona

"Time Traveler" claims that the legendary island of Atlantis, mentioned in the writings of the Greek philosopher Plato, will be found very soon - on February 2, 2022. War with aliens

If we believe another passenger, two-meter-tall aliens are expected to invade Earth very soon and start a war against humanity.

The "time traveler" known as @futuretimetraveller in Tiktok claims that these aliens have long, dark gray skulls and are "distorted".

According to him, they will come to Israel for peaceful purposes, but we "stupid human beings" will provoke them and bring about the outbreak of "many-dimensional wars."

Precisely the whole section of human stupidity works out for us.

He said in the video: "What you call aliens will first appear on Earth next year. The exact date they will first find is May 24, 2022."

Volcanic eruption

Another catastrophe we can expect in 2022 is an eruption of a massive enough volcano to bring about mass extinction, according to one of those "time travelers".

In the Tiktok video, "Time Traveler" @thatonetimetraveler claims the Yellowstone volcano (the largest volcanic system in North America) will erupt on July 4, United States Independence Day.

He instructs people to build bunkers, make sure they have supplies for the long term and asks them to "take care of themselves".

However, experts say the chance of the Yellowstone volcano erupting in the next few thousand years is "extremely small," since it has not erupted in 640,000 years.

Huge fires and a powerful hurricane

A traveler while claiming to have come to us from 2585 also mentioned the new marine creature to be discovered in the ocean and called Cirein-cròin "Cirein-cròin", named after the sea monster from Scottish Gaelic folklore - only that he said it would happen on October 14 and not September 17 as he claimed Time Traveler @aesthetictimewarper.

Tiktok user @authentictimetraveler said in the video: "On October 14, 2022, a new species will be discovered by marine biologists. It will be 3 times more massive than a blue whale."

He has uploaded countless more videos about what is going to happen to us in the coming year.

Among other things, he says that on May 14, 2022, huge fires will break out in Australia and on July 13, 2022, the biggest hurricane that has hit South America to date.

He also claims that in early 2023 we will be privileged to encounter aliens and that many viruses will then be released from glaciers, some deadly and some less so, leading to the outbreak of a new epidemic.
