Two 15-year-olds fled from the police on a motorcycle in Nuremberg, the light motorcycle had previously been stolen.
In addition, the driver did not have a license.
Nuremberg - On Tuesday evening (January 4th) two young people fled a police patrol on a stolen motorcycle in the Gostenhof district of Nuremberg.
One of the two was arrested while on the run, and the officers identified his companion shortly afterwards, as the police said in a press release.

At around 10:20 p.m., a patrol in Bärenschanzstrasse noticed two young people on a light motorcycle (125 ccm).
The two 15-year-olds were both without a light and without a helmet.
They first tried to drive away from the patrol on the motorcycle, but were caught up.
In this situation, the pillion passenger initially managed to escape on foot.
When checking the stopped youth and the motorcycle, the police found that the light motorcycle had previously been stolen.
In addition, the 15-year-old did not have the required driving license.

The patrol secured the light motorcycle, it said.
The police at the station handed the arrested youths over to their parents' care.
In this context, the officers also succeeded in identifying the young person's partner.
The two are now being investigated for theft.
The driver is also waiting for a notification of driving without a license.
