The driver earlier pleaded guilty to three counts of damage and dangerous driving, and his lawyer pleaded with him that the defendant was suffering from delusion.

The case was sentenced in the Eastern District Court this morning (6th). The magistrate sentenced the defendant to 12 months of probation, and must pay 20,000 yuan to the People’s Liberation Army and suspend trading for 6 months.

He was also charged with dangerous driving of a taxi and damaging the brakes belonging to the barracks without legal excuse, with intent to damage the property or regardless of whether the property was damaged.

The case alleged that at 6:20 pm the same day, the defendant drove his taxi westbound on Lung Wo Road in Central.
