Under the foam of words, far from the tumult of invectives and above polemics, there is law, peaceful, clear and balanced. The law is not only the expression of the general will; it is what makes possible the exercise of responsible and social human freedom; it is the condition of true freedom, which is neither narcissistic nor demanding, but founded on otherness and inseparable from responsibility. It must be said forcefully: if France decides to impose a vaccination obligation, general or reserved for certain age groups, to better fight against the current pandemic, its law will not be contrary to the rights and freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution. of the Fifth Republic, nor to the international commitments of our country.
