According to police records, Liu was suspected of being related to a loitering case of the same type last year. On December 16 last year, someone reported that he was suspected of being followed by a man. He was not arrested at that time.

The case was handed over to the Second Team of the Kwai Tsing District Crime Squad for follow-up.

The arrested person is currently being detained for investigation.


The police reiterated that according to section 122 of the Criminal Offences Ordinance, Chapter 200, indecent assault is a criminal offence and the maximum penalty is 10 years’ imprisonment. The public should not try the law.
