The grandmother jumped into the ice-cold water and saved her grandson.
Farchant - A pram and a two-year-old rolled off unnoticed and fell into the ice-cold Loisach near Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
The two-year-old and his 17-year-old sister, who had helped with the rescue, came to the hospital very cold, the police said on Friday.

The two siblings were walking with their 59-year-old grandmother on Loisachdamm in the municipality of Farchant (Garmisch-Patenkirchen district) on Thursday when, according to the police, the pram rolled down the embankment into the river in an unobserved moment and was immediately swept away by the current.
Grandma jumps into the water and saves grandchildren - boy is in mortal danger
The 59-year-old jumped into the water to save her grandson.
It was only 150 meters downstream that she and the boy's sister managed to pull the stroller out of the water.
The toddler's life was initially at risk.
According to the police, the condition is now stable.
A father died in an attempt to rescue him near Regensburg.
