Two Indian domestic helpers had been in church activities and met with the Indian domestic helpers diagnosed earlier (#12805). They were later found to be cases of Chuyang, so other Indian domestic helpers must also be sent to Quarantine Center.

Zhang Zhujun announced that more than 30 new cases of Chuyang were added today.
One of the cases was a 74-year-old male living in Yan Gong Tower, Tai Koo Shing, working at CITIC Securities, Room 805, Guodu Shopping Centre, 255 King's Road, North Point.
His wife was a female confirmed case (#12841) of Cathay Pacific’s Lu Tianyuan group, a dancing friend of the flight attendant’s mother (#12574), and had breakfast at Lu Tianyuan restaurant.
Zhang Zhujun continued that apart from being a colleague, the two of them also participated in the Fujian Middle School Alumni Association between 11:30 and 12:30 on January 1. There were 60 to 70 people present.
After the gathering, I went to Parkway Court in North Point for lunch. There were 60 to 70 people in the same room, all of whom were classified as close contacts.
As the patient had developed symptoms, he sought medical treatment at Ruttonjee Hospital and was found to be diagnosed.

As for the further expansion of the group of Indian domestic helpers, Zhang Zhujun pointed out that of the confirmed cases in Chuyang, 7 were imported-related cases, some of which were found at the Penny's Bay Quarantine Center.
Among them is the second confirmed Indian foreign domestic helper who lives in Meixin Building, Tai Po. The authorities have carried out mandatory tests for residents yesterday.
The patient and the person who was diagnosed earlier (#12805) had been involved in church activities at Seaview Building, 2 Watson Road, North Point.
Since the patient stayed in the evening from December 31 to January 2, other Indian domestic helpers also need to be sent to the quarantine center.
As for the other 30 cases of Chuyang, a third Indian domestic helper was also added.
The patient lives on Yucheng Street, Happy Valley. He went to the church on January 1st and 2nd. It is believed that he also met with the patient (#12805) and was infected at the time.
In addition, there was also a case of a foreign domestic helper who was a first-year-old patient. The patient was 44 years old, living in On Ning Garden, Tseung Kwan O, and felt unwell at the quarantine center.
