Today, the total recorded infections with the Corona virus around the world exceeded 300 million cases since the outbreak of the epidemic, as countries struggle to stop the spread of the new mutant “Omicron”.

According to an AFP census based on official figures, the number of HIV infections has reached 300 million and 42,439 infections in all countries of the world, including all cases that have been officially announced since the outbreak of the disease was first reported in late December 2019.
