Förderverein advocates the construction of an ice rink

Fürstenfeldbruck - Due to the Corona circumstances, the Förderverein Eishalle Fürstenfeldbruck had to hold its regular general meeting online this year.
In addition to the election of the board of directors, an amendment to the statutes was unanimously approved.
"This was necessary so that the association got the status of the non-profit making and in this way received more donations for the realization of the urgently needed ice rink", explains the first chairman Karl W. Bärmann.
Potential donors are allowed to contact the friends' association.
Furthermore, there was a lively debate about the further course of action in the direction of indoor construction and all members hope that the mayor, city councilors and municipal utilities will give their approval, since the open ice rink is in great danger of being completely closed due to the new indoor swimming pool.
"With a new ice rink, Fürstenfeldbruck would finally have a long-term, weather-friendly future for all ice sports enthusiasts from Bruck", emphasizes Bärmann.
